It almost surely wasn’t planned this way. But President Joe Biden and one of his top potential Republican rivals for re-election next year, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, will both descend upon Northern California June 19.The White House, which announced the Democratic president’s visit to an undisclosed Bay Area location Tuesday afternoon, said nothing more about his trip to the Golden State through June 21, saying only that additional details will follow. But the presidential visit comes the same day GOP supporters will host DeSantis for a $3,300-a-head breakfast in Sacramento.
